膠囊定型輪胎硫化機

　　本設(shè)備采用全自動控制，提高了生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。大大降低了工人的勞動強度，提高了輪胎的硫化質(zhì)量。

輪胎模具的下模部分可自動拖出，實現(xiàn)機外裝胎胚和機外取出輪胎，當胎胚裝好后，自動進入，實現(xiàn)合模硫化，硫化時間自行確定，到時自動報警，實現(xiàn)開模，輪胎隨下模拖出，取出成品輪胎。

This equipment adopts fully automatic control, which improves production efficiency and product quality. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the vulcanization quality of tires.

The lower part of the tire mold can be automatically pulled out to achieve external tire loading and tire removal. After the tire is loaded, it automatically enters to achieve mold closing and vulcanization. The vulcanization time is determined by itself, and an automatic alarm is triggered to achieve mold opening. The tire is pulled out with the lower mold and the finished tire is taken out.
